Incontro fra NYSE ed EURONEXT
Rappresentanti di Euronext e del NYSE Group Inc, (NYX) si incontreranno ufficialmente la prossima settimana.
Il NYSE rimane interessato sia a Euronext che al London Stock Exchange, ma ritiene più urgente l'incontro con Euronext, in quanto un accordo fra questo e la Deutsche Börse potrebbe avvenire in ogni momento. Mentre il tentativo di scalata del Nasdaq al London Stock Exchange è congelato per cinque mesi dalle leggi inglesi sulle OPA.

Representatives of Euronext and NYSE Group Inc., operator of the New York Stock Exchange, are expected to meet next week to discuss a potential deal, people familiar with the matter say.
A banker who has worked with NYSE says the exchange remains interested in both Euronext and the London Stock Exchange Group PLC, but views the Euronext deal as more urgent because Deutsche Börse could sew up an agreement at any time.
